What is anxiety and review common signs of anxiety?
In this age of anxiety, what are the social and educational implications?
What does anxiety look like in the classroom?
Grade leveled strategies and accommodations to reduce anxiety that incorporate mindfulness .
Given scenarios groups will determine the signs of anxiety and educational accommodations to increase coping skills.
