We want to talk about the importance of mindfulness across our lives as human beings, as teachers and also the lives of our students.
The lack of attention, and the minimal reaction time spent between an impulse and an action sets our lives on autopilot mode. This trickles into our lives in many ways. It is visible in the way we react to our students, the way we teach lessons, the way we react to our colleagues and it also trickles down to our students, who begin to form learning patterns where they lose awareness of their learning.
