Helen Ford is a speech and language therapist who initially specialised in working with adults with acquired neurological conditions. However after moving from the UK she has spent the past 15 years working in International schools with children with communication difficulties. She is particularly interested in how signing with hearing children in a mainstream school can impact on their narrative skills and vocabulary development.
