Cindy Tisdall-McPhee is the Head of Middle School Counselling at United World College of South East Asia, East Campus. Cindy is originally from Canada and has been working in International Schools for 15 years. She supports teams to integrate Mindfulness into the classroom, as well as facilitates Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) sessions for staff members. Cindy is a qualified MBSR teacher through the Mindful Academy in Spain, as well as a dotB Mindfulness teacher through the Mindfulness in Schools Project.
This is an experiential workshop designed to introduce the benefits of Mindfulness and engage attendees in Mindful practice to promote self-care.
