Ling obtained her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Bangor University, United Kingdom after earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Leeds University in United Kingdom. She completed an ABA online training course in 2010. Ling earned her professional certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2014 and becomes one of the first BCBA in Malaysia.Ling has worked as a special educator and lead behavior analyst for center-based and home-based therapies, school shadow support and supervisor for RBT training and BCaBA training in Kuwait and Hong Kong.
