Mariana is originally from Mexico. She started working with people with disabilities as a volunteer when she was 14 years old and continued to work in the field ever since. She did a bachelor degree on education in Mexico and a masters degree in developmental disabilities at the University of Sydney, Australia. She then moved to the UK to gain further experience and was working at a special needs secondary school as the complex needs subject leader before moving to Malaysia to join the MindSpace team in their new adventure.
