Melanie Shafaat's professional career as an educator, principal, university professor, and consultant spans 30+ years. Dr. Shafaat's many experiences as a US national and international presenter have been valued opportunities to learn with and from world wide dedicated colleagues. As a lifetime learner she finds time for traveling and working towards a Certification in Organizational Behavior Management. For the last 6 years she has been a learning support specialist and coordinator of student services For the past 10 years Caroline Scott has been an English and History teacher in Canada and overseas. Her educational achievements include a Masters of Teaching, as well as earning specialist certifications in Special Needs Education and a Certificate of Educational Technology and Information. Presently she is working on completing a Masters of School Counseling. For the past 4 years,Ms. Scott has been HOD of the Middle School Language Arts at Ruamrudee International School in Bangkok.
